VNF Presents 5-Year Development Plan and New Initiatives
The Vishwakarma Navothan Foundation (VNF) recently unveiled its ambitious five-year plans and upcoming initiatives in a special session led by the General Secretary. The program highlighted community empowerment through education, industry, healthcare, and business development.
Key Highlights from the Event:
- Five-Year Development Plan: The General Secretary presented the roadmap for VNF’s social, educational, and economic progress in the coming years.
- Chamber of Commerce Initiatives: Mr. Saji introduced a business development plan focusing on semiconductor production, jewellery manufacturing, and high-tech training programs, opening new opportunities for the community.
- Healthcare & Employment: Dr. Sabitha, from Pathanamthitta Sabitha Eye Care Hospital, conducted an insightful session on employment opportunities for Vishwakarmas in the eye-care sector.
- Technology & National Progress: Former VSSC scientist Mr. Ramesh Chandran emphasized the need for Vishwakarmas to take leadership roles in aerospace, defense, space technology, and medical equipment production — sectors vital to national growth and security.
- Finance & E-Commerce: Mr. Amruth Raj delivered a session on software solutions in finance and e-commerce, explaining strategies for building trade networks, and highlighted global collaboration opportunities with the world-class brand Vismitha.
- Women’s Wing Initiatives: VNF Mahila State Secretary, Mrs. Jayashree Babu, shared guidelines for forming Kudumba Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and announced the launch of Vishwakarma Public School, initiated with ₹20 lakhs. She also revealed plans to establish 1,000 SHGs within a year.
The event reflected VNF’s commitment to uplifting the Vishwakarma community through innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and unity.
